My sessions are a blend of Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage combined with deep gentle stretching, which allows for increased range of motion & flexibility. In addition I layer the treatment with the use of a heat through Hot River Stone Therapy and a well padded, heated, massage table. The added warmth allows for a very deep level of relaxation, which is encouraged by the sound of the water fountain, soft music, and peaceful atmosphere. Vibrational Healing techniques are also part of the services I offer. Among these techniques are: Reiki, Polarity, Chakra Balancing, Reflexology, Soko Rikoh, and Jin Shin Jyutsu. These methods of healing balance & renew the vital life-energy of the body known as Prana or Chi. The combination of modalities I provide work on all levels from the physical to the mental, emotional and spiritual states, and offer welcome relief from stress, and tension. The end result allows you to breathe more deeply and gain a sense of peace, harmony, as well as
